When will my order be delivered?

A few working days after your order has been placed, one of our staff will contact you to agree on a suitable delivery date with you. The contact will be by phone or e-mail.

Based on your answer, we will have the goods delivered via a trusted external transport company or via our own transport service.

We make every effort to deliver on the agreed day and place as punctually as possible. An exact time of delivery is always for information only and is not binding. The goods ordered are delivered up to the pavement. The goods are not carried inside. The customer is responsible for putting the goods on the building plot or carrying them inside as soon as possible. If necessary, consult with the police about what YOU may leave outside where and for how long.

Upon delivery, we ask you to check the goods thoroughly and then sign off on the delivery note for approval. Once the goods have been delivered to the customer or at the specified location and signed for approval, no complaints of breakage can be accepted.

If breakage does occur inside the crates or pallets, it can always be perfectly used for plugging up.
